No. One Supporter purchase covers the personal servers you own and the household and family members you invite to watch on them, including offline downloads and automatic intro and credits skipping. Viewers don't need to pay. Their access doesn't upgrade other servers they use or own, or let them submit feature requests and vote on the roadmap through your purchase.

Supporter belongs to your owner account and covers the personal servers you own and the household and family members you invite. Reinstalling, replacing hardware, or adding another personal server doesn't require another purchase. Relay capacity is shared across those servers.

Lifetime means Supporter on your owner account for as long as tofa operates the service. It includes the Supporter features and allowances listed when you buy, plus updates to those features. A later price change for new purchases doesn't change your lifetime entitlement. Lifetime doesn't promise every future paid product or service. Any separately priced additions will be clearly described and won't remove the features or allowances included in your purchase.

tofa is for personal, non-commercial use with your household and family. You must have the necessary rights to the media you stream and share. Selling access to your server or operating a commercial streaming service is prohibited.

Supporter relay fallback runs at up to 4 Mbps per stream, with three simultaneous relay streams shared across all servers owned by your account. Adding servers or viewers doesn't multiply relay capacity. Direct connections have no tofa bitrate cap.

The founding offer is limited to 500 lifetime purchases at $120 each. Once those are sold, Supporter will be available monthly or annually only. Purchases aren't open yet; we'll announce the sale in advance. Joining the beta or taking a trial doesn't reserve a pass.

Tofa stays free to use. Optional Supporter features are available to preview at no charge during beta. When founding purchases open, buying will be optional and will secure lifetime Supporter for after beta. We'll announce the sale in advance and give notice before paid feature restrictions begin. Joining the beta doesn't reserve a founding pass.

After paid feature restrictions begin, new server owners will get a 30-day Supporter trial with no card required. It starts with the first successful playback from their first owned server, once per owner account, and covers their personal servers and invited viewers within the usual Supporter allowances. It won't automatically charge or reserve a founding pass.

We'll remind you before the trial ends. Without a purchase, your account returns to Free and ordinary streaming continues. Supporter automation pauses; saved rules and downloaded subtitle files stay in place. Cleanup rules only run if you choose to configure and enable them.

Playing, selecting, and adjusting subtitles you already have stays free. Manually finding and fetching subtitles for one title at a time will also be free, subject to provider limits. Supporter adds the server admin tools for bulk fetching and rules that automatically find missing subtitles across your library.

Yes. QuickView's timeline thumbnails and chapter previews stay free on supported devices, so you can see where you're seeking. Automatic intro and credits skipping is a separate Supporter benefit.

Viewers can request movies and shows, and the server owner can connect their own media-management tools to handle those requests. Supporter covers this request workflow and its integrations for the owner and invited viewers. Importing your existing library and syncing watch history stay free.

Everyone can read the public roadmap. After beta, submitting feature requests and voting require a Supporter account. Invited viewers don't gain those account benefits through a server owner's purchase. Feature requests and voting stay unlocked during the beta. You can still report bugs and ask for help on Free. Votes help us prioritise alongside playback reliability, feasibility, and work already underway. A vote isn't a promise of a feature or a delivery date.

You can cancel renewal of a monthly or annual subscription anytime. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewal. If you buy Supporter and it isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it.
